Terms and Conditions
Guppies (especially drunk ones) are pretty simple creatures, and as would be expected, so are our terms and conditions. Basically, it is our hope that this site and our products are a blessing to you. We want you to find joy in your Drunk Guppy Creations! If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item, we will make every effort to ensure that you are ultimately pleased. 🤍
NOTE:
- Pre-made garments ordered from the website will be shipped out as soon as possible through USPS. We will provide you with tracking information so you can check the status of your package.
- We will do our best to get your custom orders created and shipped to you in a timely fashion. This will depend on the complexity (how many elements you choose) of your order. Each garment is a unique creation, and our supplies/sizes are constantly changing. These characteristics are what make our garments so special, but those same variables can also slow down production. If you have a firm date/special occasion that you need your order for, please communicate that to us, and we will work with to meet your deadline. We may be swimming upstream, but we are determined.
- Please direct any questions, comments, or other communication through email: crazedhousewife@drunkguppy.com or text (612)778-4606. We will do our best to get back to you in a timely fashion.....or in a fashionably timely way...
- Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. will not be tolerated on this site. We like to keep our "tank" clean.
- User accounts that violate the site's standards (which can basically be summed-up in two words: "be nice,") will be disabled.
Return and Refund Policy
Our garments are each handcrafted "wearable art" pieces. Slight flaws and imperfections are to be expected. That being said, we value you, and want you to be happy, so if for some reason the item you ordered is defective or damaged beyond wear, we will work to find a solution that is appropriate for each unique situation. 🤍
What we can do:
- Returns: accepted, if after consultation that seems like the best solution.
- Return postage to be paid by customer. If we do not receive the item as it was originally ordered, a refund/replacement can not be provided.
- Exchange/Replacement: If, after consultation, it is agreed that a replacement garment can be provided/crafted, we will ship the replacement item after we receive the originally-purchased piece (return postage to be paid by customer).
- Refunds: will be processed once both parties agree that a replacement is not and option, and only after we have received the item ordered in its original condition.
